**Contemporary Dance** is the youngest of the technical disciplines. It arises as an alternative to the strict technique of the Classic Ballet, since this discipline allows, in spite of the control, a greater relaxation in the movements guided basically through impulses, by means of which they try to demonstrate feelings and emotions.
